• Service — the CogniveraIQ website with all its subpages and features.
• Operator / we / us — the operator of the CogniveraIQ Service.
• User / you — a person using the Service.
• Test — the intelligence test made available in the Service.
• Result — the test result with percentile and interpretation.

THE SERVICE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. The test made available in the Service:

• Is NOT an official psychometric test — it has not been developed or validated by a certified psychologist.

• Is NOT affiliated with any high-IQ society or organisation — the Service is an independent educational platform, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any such organisation.

• Does NOT qualify you for membership in any organisation — the test result has no qualifying value.

• Is NOT a diagnostic tool — the result has no clinical, medical, psychological, educational, or legal significance.

• MUST NOT be used as a basis for decisions — life, educational, professional, medical, or any other decisions.

The test result is indicative and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Professional intelligence assessment requires psychometric tests administered by a certified psychologist under controlled conditions.

The Service and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty, express or implied.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of content.
• The correctness of test results.
• Continuous availability of the Service.
• Absence of errors, viruses or harmful components.
• Suitability for specific user purposes.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Operator IS NOT LIABLE for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
• Lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from reliance on test results.
• Damages arising from Service unavailability.
• Acts or omissions of third parties (ad networks, infrastructure providers).
• External content linked from the Service.
• Life, educational, professional or medical decisions made on the basis of the test result.

This limitation of liability does NOT apply to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to personal injury arising from our fault — to the extent that exclusion of such liability is not permitted by law.

Content in the Service does NOT constitute:

• Medical advice — does not replace consultation with a doctor or clinical psychologist.

• Psychological advice — the test result has no diagnostic value. Professional intelligence assessment requires psychometric tests administered by a certified psychologist.

• Career or educational advice — do not make decisions about choosing a school, course of study or career based on the test result.

• Legal or financial advice.

You may use the Service only:

• For non-commercial, private, educational and entertainment purposes.
• In accordance with the law.
• Without infringing third-party rights.

Prohibited:

• Automated content downloading (scraping, crawling) without our written consent.
• Attempts to circumvent security, DDoS attacks, attempts at unauthorised access.
• Copying, modifying, redistributing Service content without our consent.
• Introducing viruses, malware, illegal content.
• Using the test result in a way that would suggest it is an official psychometric result.

All Service content (text, graphics, code, structure, layout, question bank) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The test question bank is an original work created for the Service.

Using the Service does not transfer any rights to content. You may view content in your browser for your own private use.

The Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other ad networks. We are NOT responsible for:

• Advertisement content.
• Actions of advertisers or sites linked from advertisements.
• Effects of clicking on an advertisement.
• Privacy practices of advertisers.

By clicking on advertisements you leave the Service and are subject to the privacy policies and terms of other entities.

The Service may contain links to external sites. We are NOT responsible for the content, privacy policy or operation of those sites. Links are provided only for user convenience.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify of material changes prominently. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance. The current version of the Terms is always available at /regulamin.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

If any provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a lawful provision closest in intent.
